Chris Gish, Mechanic
placed 4th in the Mechanics Competition
The Mechanics Competition is a contest which has the techs demonstrate their competence in two areas. The first part was created to simulate shop scenarios at various stations which are designed to expose a techs attention to safety and their ability to apply sound diagnostic principles.

The second part of the mechanics test is an extensive general knowledge test which has 150 questions and a 2 hour time limit. The fact that our techs consistently place in the top 10 is a testament to their level of skill and also a strong indicator of the commitment they have for their craft!

Paul Dunn, Asphalt Crewleader, Street Maintenance Division
placed in the Top Ten in the Bob-Cat Competition.
The skid steer loader competition consisted of a written safety and machine operations exam as well as operating the skid steer loader through a challenge course designed to test the speed and accuracy of the operators skid steer operating abilities.
Congratulations guys!
