NEW BUSINESS

Case 01-2010 Thomas A. Ryan/Owner Request for a fence height exception in accordance with the LDO, Section 16-4-9.5 in an R-1 District for property commonly known as 10318 Wenonga Lane.

Case 02-2010 Owen R. Frederic/Owner Request for variance for the placement of a fence on a through lot in accordance with the LDO, Section 16-4-9.3(D), and a fence height exception in accordance with the LDO, Section 16-4-9.5 in an R-1 District for property commonly known as 12811 Alhambra Street.

Review BZA Mission Statement for approval.
