Annual Meeting of
Leawood Foundation Members

The Annual Meeting of Members of the Leawood Foundation shall take place at 5:30 P.M., central time, on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, in the Council Chambers located at the Leawood City Hall, 4800 Town Center Drive, Leawood, Kansas. The purpose of the meeting shall be:

  • Approval of the minutes of the 2011 Annual meeting;
  • The election of Directors of the Foundation;
  • To receive a report on the financial condition of the Foundation;
  • To receive a report on the activities of the Foundation during the preceding year; and
  • To consider such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
