Scheduled
Sentencing/Plea Dockets
Begin
at 1:30 P.M. on designated Mondays. Contact the Court Clerk’s office for
specific dates. Monday dockets are set for scheduled attorney pleas and amendments,
as well as scheduled sentencing. Only those matters on the scheduled docket
may be negotiated, amended or plead. There are no continuances granted once
a matter has been set for these dockets inasmuch as counsel has the opportunity
to appear at the open plea docket on any Thursday prior to the Monday scheduled
plea docket.
