The Verdict
If the defendant is found guilty, the Judge
will impose penalties. Fines, fees and/or jail time may be assessed against
the defendant. The amount is determined upon the facts and circumstances of
the case. All fines and fees are due the day they are assessed and no time to
pay is given. The Court accepts cash, check, money order or credit card for
payment.
