Products Available:
- Re-mixed latex paint is available to community groups for exterior building painting.
- Limited quantities of usable products such as spray paint are available to organized groups and the general public.

- Flammable Liquids - 38,000 Gallons
- Used Oil - 19,000 Gallons
Over 83,000 pounds of pesticides and corrosive materials have been disposed of as hazardous waste.
Volunteer Opportunities
Community volunteers work at the collection site re-mixing latex paint for recycling.
What are household hazardous materials?
If a label has any of these words, Warning, Caution, Poison, or Danger, then the product has ingredients that may have one or more of the following hazardous characteristics: Corrosive, reactive, toxic, flammable, or explosive.
What can I do with unwanted household hazardous materials?
Try finding a neighbor or friend who will use them according to the labeled instructions. If not, bring them to the Johnson County Hazardous Materials Collection Facility!
