NOTICE
It is the City of Leawood's policy that Homeowner Associations are allowed to post information on the City web site on a semi-annual basis. The site provides residents with easy access to Association information their Articles, By-Laws, Declarations of Restrictions or amendments thereto, directories and newsletters.
The City recommends that Associations secure member consent prior to the release of any member contact information.
The City of Leawood does not check or warrant the accuracy of information contained in the newsletters and individuals are encouraged to contact Associations directly for the most up-to-date information. No warranty expressed or implied is made regarding the reliability or legality of any information set forth in the newsletters. This policy may change without prior notice.
