The City of Leawood maintains two separate data systems for Home Owner Association information -

 

  • Private System - Listing for Internal City Purposes Only!

  • All Leawood Home Owner Associations (HOA) should provide contact information to the City of Leawood by either calling Jan Shafer at (913) 339-6700 ext. 100 or by clicking here to email and provide updated contact information. Again, this information is used internally by the City and will not be posted for the public.

  • Public System - Home Owner Associations Map / Website that graphically represents the subdivision with associated links.

    As a convenience to the residents, the City of Leawood provides a dedicated page on the City website where associations can post a variety of association information. If you would like to request that your HOA post or update information to this site please call Mark Andrasik at (913) 339-6700 ext. 125 or by email.


    NOTICE
    It is the City of Leawood's policy that Homeowner Associations are allowed to post information on the City web site on a semi-annual basis. The site provides residents with easy access to Association information their Articles, By-Laws, Declarations of Restrictions or amendments thereto, directories and newsletters.

    The City recommends that Associations secure member consent prior to the release of any member contact information.

    The City of Leawood does not check or warrant the accuracy of information contained in the newsletters and individuals are encouraged to contact Associations directly for the most up-to-date information. No warranty expressed or implied is made regarding the reliability or legality of any information set forth in the newsletters. This policy may change without prior notice.
