Whether you are planning a wedding, reception, or conducting a seminar, the Lodge at Ironwoods has the right space and service to accommodate your every need. The Lodge is located at 147th and Mission Road inside our new Ironwoods Park. It has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, hanging metal chandeliers, a full commercial kitchen, and its beautiful attached patio overlooks the woods. We can accommodate 300 for dinner and up to 500 people for a meeting.

Rules & Regulations
- Reservations are accepted 18 months in advance starting the first business day of the month. Leawood residents will be accepted from 8:30am-1:30pm. After 1:30pm we start accepting reservations from non-residents. Proof of residency must be submitted to receive resident rates. A fee of $275 will be charged at the time of reservation.
- Minimum 4 hour reservation required.
- Any person reserving the facility is responsible for any damages that occur during the event.
- A $250 security deposit is required for all rentals in case of damage to the facility. A credit card number can be held.
- Final payment and the room set-up diagram is due no later than 21 days prior to the event.
- The city of Leawood will not allow the use of its facilities by groups who charge admission or sell products on the premesis for profit.
- All groups must depart the building by the end of their contract time or an additional fee will apply.
- Leawood Parks & Recreation reserves the right to reject any and all reservations.
- Parties serving or consuming alcohol are required to purchase an Alcohol Permit and have a security guard present during the event.
- Rental groups must include decoration, set up and clean up time in their rental time.

You do not need an appointment to come out to the Lodge during these open tour times. It is a great time to meet with your caterer, dj, wedding planner or stop by to ask questions about the facility. One of our Recreation Attendants will be on site to answer your questions.
* Tour nights may be cancelled in the event of extreme inclement weather during the winter months. Please check the website for updates or schedule changes.
