DO NOT use this Form to request information from Home Owners Associations regarding dues, information, or other matters relating to a specific HOA. Individuals are encouraged to contact Associations directly.

This Form is for Home Association Officers, Board members and HOA Management companies to provide their contact information to the City of Leawood.

The City of Leawood uses this information in order to contact HOAs regarding matters which may be useful to their residents, keep HOAs informed of upcoming events and to contact HOA personnel in the event of an emergency.
